| At the beginning of 2020,novel coronavirus broke out,which brought great impact on social development and human settlements,The World Health Organization recognized this epidemic as an international major public health emergency.After experiencing this major public health emergency,we must raise our awareness,sum up our experience in time and put it into practice,so as to continuously enhance our medical service system and medical facilities’ emergency disaster resistance.For example,in urban planning,we should rationally arrange medical facilities,consider local shopping malls,greening,etc.,and set up plans to deal with emergency facilities and temporary residence of residents,etc.In addition,The setting of necessary temporary hospitals should develop mobile rescue places to ensure that disaster-stricken areas can be supplied in case of emergency,and a huge rescue team and rescue force can be formed in the shortest time.In the face of blowout confirmed and suspected cases,how to deal with the coordination between basic medical facilities and emergency medical facilities,ensure the normal operation of basic medical system,decompose and buffer the pressure of specialized hospitals,and timely and accurately provide treatment places,isolation places and effective medical services are the key points to prevent COVID-19.On the basis of summarizing the theoretical research and practical case experience on the layout of emergency medical facilities under the research background of major public health emergencies at home and abroad,obtains the evaluation indexes of the layout of medical facilities by using the methods of literature research,case analysis,mathematical statistics and spatial data analysis in Arc GIS.On this basis,the evaluation system of medical facilities layout in Handan city is constructed by AHP,and the balance and efficiency of medical facilities layout in Handan city are further analyzed and evaluated under the situation of time and space evolution,and the location principle and optimal allocation of emergency medical facilities are determined.Finally,the optimization suggestions of medical facilities layout matching with major public health emergencies in Handan city are put forward. |
