With the development of domestic economy and the level of urbanization,an increasing number of people go to cities to seek development,the rapid expansion of urban population and restriction of existing urban infrastructure resources that lead to the phenomenon of increasingly serious traffic congestion.Meanwhile,in order to satisfy the requirements of regional-economic development,the scale of urban construction is expanding,how to make the connection between urban and regional-economic is a key point of urban transport planning,so in the case of extremely optimization of traffic network and limited driving area,using underground space become the main theme again.Metro construction projects utilize underground and ground space,it disperses passengers in convenient,efficient and safe way,which effectively helps to relieve the pressure of traffic congestion.Fuzhou Metro Line 1 is the first urban rail projects in Fujian province,the special geology and hydrology bring great risk to construction which increase the difficulty of construction and serious affect the construction schedule.Firstly,this paper general introduces the background and significance of study,and it describes the relevant fundamental-theories and development of research in domestic and abroad,meanwhile,it proposes creative points and shortages.Subsequently,the paper analyses features of risk management on infrastructure construction and the composition of construction risk,and elaborates relevant theories abouturban infrastructure construction identification and evaluation.Secondly,the paper analyses the complex of infrastructure project with the construction conditions of Fuzhou Metro Line 1,introduces feature of geology and hydrology in the metro's construction area and the main construction methods.At the same time,it uses the risk identification methods of Work Breakdown Structure and Risk Breakdown Structure to identify Fuzhou Metro Line l's construction the risk from geological risk,hydrological risk,through existing structures risk and environmental risk,and sets the four levels of risk evaluation index totally.Thirdly,this paper uses Analytic Hierarchy Process to confirm the weights of risk,and evaluates the identified risk by Fuzzy AHP Synthesis Evaluation Method.Lastly,it calculates fuzzy synthesis value of all levels of risk,and gets the construction risk level of Fuzhou Metro Line 1 in accordance with the risk acceptance criteria form.Finally,based on the result of risk evaluation,the paper proposes appropriate risk countermeasures to deal with the risk of construction risk factors in Fuzhou Metro Line 1 project.Simultaneously,the paper points out the shortage and optimizd mentality of the model of construction risk evaluation.
