| With the gradual upgrading of social productivity and the continuous development of new construction industrialization, the original integrated management model has been difficult to meet the development needs of current construction projects. It is imperative to innovate the organizational management model and establish a new management system.Promote the high-quality development of construction projects. The modular organization form is an innovative product of the traditional modular theory at the organizational management level. With the deep integration of theory and practice, the modular organization form has attracted more and more attention from researchers and industry personnel in the past few decades.Based on the modular organization form,it can flexibly allocate resources to maximize the use of resources;it can standardize industry standards and improve innovation capabilities;it can effectively enhance the management efficiency of complex systems and improve the competitiveness of various organizations such as enterprises in an increasingly competitive market environment.competitive advantage. For construction projects with characteristics such as temporary, uncertain and complex,it is also possible to discuss the relationship and behavior among many participating units and their impact on project performance from the perspective of modular organization. This study combines the existing research results, based on the organizational modularization theory and social transaction theory,to explore the impact mechanism of the construction project modular organization form and the cooperative behavior of participating units on project performance,in order to provide a basis for the construction project modular organization management system.Provide theoretical guidance and practical advice.First of all,on the basis of reading domestic and foreign literature, this study sorts out the connotation, dimension and potential relationship of relevant research variables;secondly, this study preliminarily defines the relevant concepts according to the situational characteristics of construction projects, and aims at The representative case study of construction projects with three different organizational models reveals the cooperation process and behavioral characteristics of the participating units in construction projects with different degrees of organizational modularization, and initially draws conclusions about the impact of modular organizational forms on project performance. Then, based on the literature support and case study findings, the research theoretical model was constructed and corresponding research hypotheses were put forward;finally, the survey questionnaire was designed based on the mature scale of domestic and foreign scholars combined with the construction project situation, using SPSS26.0 and AMOSS24.0 statistical analysis software to analyze the data of 196 valid questionnaires, and finally draw the research conclusion. The results show that the degree of organizational modularity of construction projects has a positive effect on the performance of construction projects, and the two dimensions of organizational modularity—approximate decomposability and clarity of interface rules — are beneficial to the improvement of construction project performance;Participating units’ in-role cooperation behavior and out-of-role cooperation behavior both play a mediating role in the relationship between the modular organization form of construction projects and project performance.According to the above research results, this study puts forward various management suggestions to improve project performance from the aspects of optimizing the modular organization form of project management and improving the cooperation environment. |
