More and more construction companies are beginning to build construction industrialization projects.The organization of organizational elements(unit organization,subsystem organization with different functions into an organic organization is called project organization integration,and optimization of project organization and integration is The key to improving project process performance,but the path of engineering project organization integration to project process performance is not clear.Based on the construction industrialization project,this paper studies the impact mechanism of engineering project organization integration on project process performance.First,clarify the organizational integration components in the construction project,including the owner,construction party,design party,supervision party,and component manufacturers,and analyze the cooperation relationship and cooperation content among the participants in the project.Secondly,research the project organization integration and process performance related literature,select organizational structure,organizational culture,organizational relationship,organizational capacity as the research dimension of project organization integration,measure project process performance by cost,schedule,quality and change,combined with construction The engineering background of the industrialization project,the construction of the project organization and integration of the theoretical model of the project process performance.And put forward relevant assumptions.Finally,the participants of the domestic construction industrialization project were surveyed,and 156 employees were surveyed and 129 valid questionnaires were retrieved.The SPSS software was used to describe the statistical analysis of the sample and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.The structural equation model software AMOS was used to verify the hypotheses in the theoretical model.The results show that the organizational structure,organizational culture,organizational relationship and organizational ability in the construction project organization have a positive impact on the project process performance,and organizational culture as amediator variable,in the impact of organizational relations and organizational capabilities on project process performance.Play a full mediation effect.The research results in this paper enrich and develop the theoretical basis of construction project organization integration and process performance,and guide construction enterprises to build resource-sharing and multi-functional high-efficiency project organization and integration,in order to solve some problems faced in the initial stage of industrialization development of our building and improve the project.Process performance.
