| The professionalism of construction projects determines the need for multiorganizational participation and cooperation in construction projects, and fairness perception is considered a prerequisite for cooperation. However, due to the one-time,professional and high asset specificity of construction projects, the project must be a temporary organization. The profitability of members of independent organizations is easy to cause unfair phenomena, which induces contradictions and conflicts, cause tensions in inter-organizational cooperation, and affect project performance. However, there are few studies on the impact of organizational justice perception on project performance and the impact mechanism of organizational justice perception on project performance. Therefore, based on the organizational justice theory, this thesis puts forward the research hypothesis that inter-organizational justice perception has an impact on cooperative behavior and project performance, and that cooperative behavior plays a mediating role between interorganizational justice perception and project performance, and constructs the conceptual model of the three.Inter-organizational justice perception includes three dimensions :distributive justice, procedural justice and interactive justice, and cooperative behavior includes two dimensions : intra-role behavior and extra-role behavior. This thesis adopts the empirical research method of questionnaire survey to issue questionnaires to senior technical personnel and senior management personnel with rich practical experience and professional knowledge in the construction industry.SPSS 22 analysis software is used to analyze the recovered effective sample data.Descriptive statistics and reliability and validity tests are conducted on the sample data.Correlation analysis, regression analysis and mediating effect test are conducted on the research variables. The research hypotheses are verified according to the statistical analysis results of the data. The analysis results show that in the context of construction projects, distributive justice has no significant indigenous influence on in-role behavior,extra-role behavior and project performance.Procedural justice has no significant influence on extra-role behavior, while procedural justice has significant positive influence on intra-role behavior and project performance.Interaction justice has significant positive impact on in-role behavior,extra-role behavior and project performance.Extra-role behavior fully mediates the relationship between procedural fairness and project performance, while intra-role behavior and extra-role behavior partially mediate the relationship between interactive fairness and project performance. This thesis explores the impact of inter-organizational fairness perception on project performance and the mediating role of cooperative behavior and explains the mechanism of inter-organizational justice perception on project performance. This provides a theoretical reference for easing the relationship between the main participants and improving the performance of construction projects. |
