| IATF16949:2016(Quality Management System Requirements of Automobile Manufacturing Parts and Related Service Parts Organizations)promulgates and implements the management optimization,rational use of resources,improvement of management performance,reduction of enterprise costs,and satisfaction of customer requirements in the automotive industry,thus continuously promoting the continuous development of the global automotive industry.With the economic globalization and the increasing awareness of automobile quality management,as the final process of vehicle manufacturing,the BYD Auto urgently needs to introduce the IATF16949:2016 quality management system.Based on the above research background and the related theories of IATF16949:2016,this paper adopts the research method of empirical investigation,firstly,carries on the on-the-spot investigation on the quality status quo and quality management of the BYD Auto Assembly factory,find out the problems and reasons in the process of system planning and implementation.Secondly,the process of the plant’s quality management system operation is planned systematically,through optimizing the organizational structure,standardizing the product process design process,establishing and improving the training of personnel in the production process,equipment maintenance,site management,etc.,build a comprehensive quality management system operation flow,at the same time with the corresponding quality culture activities,to form a good quality management system operating atmosphere.In addition,establish relevant safeguard measures to ensure the system optimization program to be effective and healthy operation,according to the improvement effect evaluation of the plant system construction suitability,adequacy and effectiveness.This paper combines theory with practice,uses IATF16949:2016 quality management system standards to design and optimize the quality management system of BYD automobile assembly plant.Through theoretical research,using the related requirements of IATF16949:2016,the program is applied to the factory production process.The optimized design and discon will provide a good reference value for the system operation of other final assembly plants in automobile industry. |
