| China’s auto market has been the world’s largest for 14 consecutive years.In 2022,China’s total auto sales reached 26.864 million units,and the annual sales of auto parts exceeded 5 trillion Yuan RMB.However,the contradiction between quality management and production quantity is becoming more and more obvious."IATF 16949:2016 Quality Management System Requirements for Automotive Production and Relevant Service Parts Organization" quality standard is the international automobile and parts industry general quality management standard.On the basis of traditional management mode,Chinese auto parts enterprises must fully learn from the mature quality management standards of developed countries such as Europe and America,also need to master the application of IATF16949 quality management standard.Taking ZY Auto Parts Company as the research object,this paper studied the application of IATF 16949 quality management standard in ZY Company by using literature research method,questionnaire statistical analysis method and comparative analysis method combined with domestic and foreign literature.Firstly,the basic concepts of quality management,quality management process and quality management system are expounded.Secondly,it combs the status and development of quality management in other countries and China,and analyzes the characteristics and deficiencies of product quality control in the current domestic auto parts industry,which serves as the theoretical basis for the further study of this paper.Then introduce ZY Company’s business and management team,quality management and quality management process.Fourthly,based on IATF16949 quality management standard,the quality management process of ZY Company was identified as 23 specific processes according to COP(Customer Oriented Process),SP(Support Process)and MP(Management Process),and 33 survey questions were set for all employees,including 5 basic information questions and 28 scale questions.Finally,according to the collected questionnaires,the problems and root causes in the process of the three dimensions are analyzed,and specific improvement suggestions are put forward.According to the investigation and analysis,it can be concluded that ZY company needs to take measures from leadership,full participation,post allocation optimization,training and improving staff skills,etc.Only in order to solve the problems in the current quality management of the company,can experience be formed and promoted within the group. |
