In recent years,the consumption capacities of Chinese people are increasing year by year.The demand for automobiles in China has been expanding rapidly.With the coming of“Cold Winter” in the automobile industry in 2018-2019,the production and sales volume of vehicle manufacturing enterprises has declined sharply.Chinese auto parts manufacturers are also affected by this,and have to consider how to improve the market competitiveness faster to maintain the survival and development of enterprises.It can be seen from the experience of leading enterprises in foreign parts production that implementing the quality management in accordance with the requirements of the quality management system is one of the effective ways for enterprises to improve product quality,reduce operating costs,and improve the operating efficiency and continuous improvement ability.Through the construction of quality management system,it can effectively help automobile parts manufacturing enterprises to establish an excellent system in product design,development,production,improvement,service and other aspects,and guide enterprises to achieve and surpass their own performance goals to achieve continuous improvement.Only with the rapid and systematic improvement of product quality,service quality and management quality,can Chinese parts manufacturers effectively enhance their competitiveness and seek to survive and develop in the increasingly fierce market competition environment.Based on the competitive environment of China’s auto market,this paper studies the competitiveness enhancing of Chinese auto parts manufacturers.By analyzing T company,a leading manufacturer of auto parts in China,to finds out the problems in the development of quality management system in China’s auto parts manufacturing enterprises,such as incomplete system construction,lack of personnel capacity,inadequate performance management and improvement,internal monitoring and measurement failure.And by analyzing the cause of the problem,using the “Turtle Diagram” as a tool to found the reasons for the lack of manager’s awareness and insufficient staff training,management methods defects,and the improvement of monitoring and measurement capabilities from the aspects of personnel,methods and goal setting and monitoring.And by comparing the IATF16949 requirement,put forward the solution for the implementation of the quality management system of T Company.The solutions are including that emphasizing the role of leadership and personnel training,establish a complete quality manual,management procedures and work instructions,implement effective monitoring and measurement and effectively correct and prevent,pay attention to customer’s special requirements and risk analysis,promote the quality management system to extend to the entire supply chain,with the participation of all staff,so as to ultimately improve the company’s overall quality management capabilities and continuous improvement capabilities.I also hope that the views and descriptions in this paper can provide reference for the problems in the development of enterprise quality management,in order to better help enterprises to improve their competitiveness in the fierce market competition environment,and more world-class companies can emerge in the Chinese auto parts manufacturing industry.
