| Since China’s accession to WTO,rate of Chinese economic growth comes faster,especially the development of the automotive industry is even more remarkable.Automobile quickly gains popularity throughout the country.It can be said that China has officially entered into the automobile society.It directly promotes the rapid development of China’s automotive aftermarket,and cause the competition of the automotive aftermarket being more intense.At present,China’s automotive technology continues to advance,and modern information technology,network technology and logistics technology develop rapidly.However,auto repair companies are generally subject to chaotic quality management and low quality standards.This situation severely restricts the sustainable development of China’s auto maintenance industry.Domestic and foreign research results about quality management of productive enterprises are rich.In comparison,research on the automotive aftermarket industry is relatively lacking.Quality is the basic element of enterprise management and the lifeline of the company.Quality management is especially important for chain companies.The establishment of total quality management system is directly related to the survival and development of chain companies.This article describes the present domestic and foreign research situation about quality management.Combining SWOT analysis method,Total Quality Management theory,PDCA circulation method,ISO9000 quality management system standard and other relevant theoretical methods,the article discusses the present quality management status of China’s auto repair industry,clarifies the industry position,the status and problems in quality management of MJ auto repair chain Company.Finally,this article builds total quality management system of MJ Company.I hope that this study can play an active guiding role in the quality management and strategic management of various types of vehicle maintenance companies in China,and provide some help to promote the healthy and sustainable development of China’s automotive aftermarket. |
