| With the automobile as a high-grade tool for people to travel,Automotive supply chain face more and more quality and price challenges from the perspective of national policy,industry norms,and increasingly demanding end-customers,the quality management level of the company and the efficiency of lean production management are become the core competitiveness.This thesis starts with the automobile industry IATF16949 quality management system and hot lean production management system in last more than twenty years.This thesis compares the objectives,principles,methods and core requirement of the two systems,analyzes the feasibility of the integration,and analyzes the repeatability and integration of the contents of IATF16949 quality management system and WCM lean management system of MM company.Through the analysis of internal and external key factors,using the theory of Lean Value Stream and PDCA method,this thesis studies the feasibility of integration of quality and Lean system from three aspects: organizational structure,system process and process performance indicators.The new integrated Lean quality system has reduced from the previous IATF16949 quality management system of 28 processes and WCM lean management system of 10 major technical pillars,after integration for 12 Lean quality processes,process simplification is more than 60%.In the final this study puts forward the Integrated Lean quality system implementation plan and effect analysis method.After the integration,the KPI index of the process assessment was 42 of the original IATF16949 quality process and 35 of the WCM lean management system.After the integration,31 Lean quality assessment indexes were optimized and streamlined more than 50%.The integration of IATF16949 quality management system and WCM lean management system in the automotive parts industry of MM company studied in this thesis can greatly simplify the complexity of the company’s system process,improve the efficiency of the system operation,and improve the staff’s problem-solving ability and knowledge and skills.In the end,the integrated thought of quality management system and lean management system,as well as the integrated process and assessment index,can be extended to automotive parts manufacturing enterprises,and can also be applied to other industry customer-oriented enterprises. |
