| According to the statistics of China Automobile Industry Association,the output of China’s automobile increased from 13.791 million to 25.225 million from 2009 to 2020,with an annual composite growth rate of 6.43%.According to the statistics of the Ministry of public security,the national car ownership reached 281 million by the end of 2020,and the number of China’s cars were 193 per 1000 people by June 2020.According to the world bank,China’s cars number per1000 people are only half of the same economic level countries,while compared with China,Japan and South Korea with higher population density have higher population density,and the cars number of thousands of people is higher,all of which are above 400.With the development of China’s economy,the improvement of urbanization level,the growth of residents’ income,the improvement of consumption capacity and the improvement of road infrastructure,it will continue to provide driving force for the growth of China’s automobile market.There is still a large development space for China’s auto industry and the industry which provides supporting for the automobile industry.Among them,the production and sales of Chinese brand cars have increased rapidly due to the high price performance of products,which meet the economic and social development level and the use demand of ordinary people.The sales volume of Chinese brand passenger vehicles has increased from 4.577 million in 2009 to 9.989 million in 2018.In recent years,with the improvement of the competitiveness of Chinese brand passenger vehicles,the scale of domestic well-known Chinese brand auto parts enterprises is also expanding rapidly.The customer has gradually expanded from Chinese brand to some joint venture brand vehicle manufacturers.The R & D ability has been improved rapidly and the development trend is strong.From the supply and demand of the automobile industry,the whole automobile industry environment in China will become a more international competition diversified environment.Under the temptation of the development potential of China’s automobile industry market,the global multinational automobile parts companies have also used various investment methods as the way to enter the Chinese market to seek the company’s own development The market structure of all corresponding industries in auto parts industry will be changed obviously,and the market competition will be more intense.Any Chinese brand auto parts company,under the background of more globalization and information,if they want to survive and develop continuously,the company itself must constantly improve its innovation and adaptability,improve the quality and technology level of its products and the enterprise management ability,and win customer satisfaction.Taking the C project of G company as an example,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the strategic problems in the project quality management of the company,and forms the corresponding optimization ideas.G company is a Chinese brand auto parts industry enterprise.Its main business is the R & D,production and sales of automotive passive safety products(steering wheel,seat belt and airbag).The steering wheel products include ordinary foam,leather package,multi-function switch and so on.The seat belt products include three-point,two-point,pretensioned,ordinary locking and so on,Airbag products include driver’s airbag,CO driver’s airbag,seat side airbag,front and rear through curtain airbag,airbag sensor and controller,etc.Chinese brand passive safety enterprises currently account for about 20% of the market share in China.Customers have gradually expanded from Chinese brands to some joint venture brand vehicle manufacturers,and their R & D capabilities have also been rapidly improved,with a strong momentum of development.G company’s domestic and foreign customers include Chery,Qoros,Kaiyi,Foton,Yutong,Qingling,Malaysia Proton,Vietnam Vinfast,etc.According to the comprehensive judgment of relevant data and experience,G company is still in the position of small scale and narrow customer coverage in domestic independent and passive safety production enterprises.Compared with foreign brands and domestic well-known enterprises,there is a big gap in scale,R & D,customers and other aspects.Based on the introduction of the basic theories of project management,human resource management and quality management in the traditional automobile industry,this paper uses the theories and tools of human resource management,such as incentive health care theory,quality planning,management quality,quality control,human resource management,project schedule management and quality gate management,to analyze the R & D project process,project management tool application and quality management of G company APQP quality tools use,human resources,quality gate management status,C project development problems were collected and sorted out,and strategic management problems were identified.The deep causes of various quality management strategy problems in the process of C project development were analyzed.Through carding and optimizing the project approval process,strengthening the project plan review in the early stage of the project,strengthening the supplier management,carding and optimizing the change process,optimizing the product development process,optimizing the project organizational structure management,carding and determining the responsibilities of the members of the multi-functional team,optimizing the project schedule management,optimizing the human resource management,establishing the project assessment and incentive mechanism at the company level By means of FMEA management improvement,MSA management improvement,SPC management improvement,PPAP management improvement,quality gate process and management optimization,the improvement strategies and countermeasures are formulated and the implementation effect is tracked.At the end of this paper,through the analysis of the actual optimization results of the C project quality strategy management of G company,the conclusion that the improvement strategy research of C project quality management can be applied in other project management of G company,and the points needing attention and improvement are put forward in combination with the actual situation of different projects of G company.This will also improve the vehicle manufacturer approval and order acquisition competitiveness of G company,and lay a certain foundation for the future development of G company. |
