| In the process of rapid economic development,the competition between enterprises is also intensifying.The competition of enterprises now is not only the competition of strength and technology,but also the competition among talents.From the perspective of long-term development of enterprises,it is more necessary to attach great importance to human resource management.Whether the human resources of an enterprise can keep its advantages and maximize its advantages plays an increasingly significant role in whether the enterprise can occupy and enhance its competitive advantages.With more and more "post-90s" into the workplace,the backbone of the enterprise has gradually shifted to "post-90s" employees,but because of their growth environment,"post-90s" has the "post-80s" and "post-70s" do not have the characteristics and personality,work purpose and work needs are different from "post-70s","post-80s" and other "senior" workers,Therefore,the traditional incentive mechanism is difficult to mobilize their enthusiasm effectively.Enterprises need to improve the satisfaction of post-90 s employees according to their characteristics.However,how to improve the satisfaction of "post-90s" and achieve effective management of "post-90s" employees is a problem that many enterprises need to pay attention to.This paper mainly takes the "post-90s" employees of S Company as the research object,studies their satisfaction,discusses the factors that affect the satisfaction of "post-90s" employees of S Company,and makes an in-depth analysis of the satisfaction of "post-90s" employees of S Company through the comprehensive application of various research methods.Based on the satisfaction theory,the author constructs the satisfaction evaluation index system of "post-90s" employees from five dimensions: job return,job itself,enterprise management,interpersonal relationship and human environment.By using SPSS and other software,the analysis of dimension and difference;In addition,the IPA analysis method is used to point out the problems existing in the satisfaction of the "post-90s" employees of S company,and the promotion strategy is proposed from the four aspects of continuous improvement,moderate regulation,active expansion and key improvement,so as to effectively improve the satisfaction of the "post-90s" employees of S company. |
