In recent years,the rapid development of the world economy has brought a lot of opportunities to various enterprises,and it has also brought about no small challenges.Enterprises must seize the opportunity to win the first prize in the wave of competition,and pay attention to external development.More focus on internal construction,especially in dealing with employee relations.At present,enterprises in China are more or less faced with the general problems of employee mobility and low work efficiency.These problems have become the key factors restricting the development of enterprises.Therefore,for enterprises,timely and accurate focus on employee relationship management,handling the relationship between the company and employees,and paying attention to employee job satisfaction management is imminent.As the leader in the domestic bus industry,DC has attracted much attention from all walks of life.However,in fact,DC companies have faced more problems in employee relationship management.Excellent talents can't stay,low-level employees are inefficient,and front-line workers can't get in.It has begun to gradually affect the development of enterprises.These status quo are ultimately the performance of the company's employees with low job satisfaction.If the enterprise wants to be bigger and stronger,the most direct driving force and goal is to satisfy the customers,and the premise of satisfying the customers is to make the internal employees of the company achieve higher satisfaction,in order to improve the cohesiveness of the enterprise and enhance the competition of the enterprise.force.Therefore,for enterprises,we must pay attention to listening to employees' ideas in a timely manner,understand the psychological dynamics of employees,and formulate relevant measures to enhance employees' satisfaction and trust in the company,and cultivate employees' sense of identity and belonging.Only in this way,employees are willing to serve the enterprise better and create more value for the enterprise,so that the enterprise can achieve good development.This paper uses the questionnaire to conduct surveys on employee job satisfaction of DC companies.The satisfaction survey includes five dimensions:job return,work background,work group,company management and company management.Through the combination of theoretical research and empirical research,the research data of DC company is analyzed and summarized.First,in the descriptive analysis,the average score of employee satisfaction in the overall five dimensions is lower.The average score of the two factors of work group and company operation is higher than the work return,work background and company management average score.In the process of empirical research,the empirical model is first established,followed by regression analysis using SPSS tools.According to the empirical analysis,work return,work background,and company management have a significant positive impact on job satisfaction,and the impact of work group and company management on satisfaction is general.Therefore,DC companies should foeus on improving their ability in work returns,work background and company management,and establish and improve corporate management systems,such as remuneration packages,work environment construction,and personnel training.At the end of this paper,the author puts forward a targeted strategy for the improvement of DC employees,job satisfaction.
