This study selects QZ Power Supply Company,a subsidiary of State Grid Corporation,for case analysis,For the maintenance department with the largest employee base,increasing staff turnover rate,conduct a survey of satisfaction levels,and analyze the problem and the cause.In order to provide optimization suggestions for the work satisfaction management of other subsidiaries of State Grid Corporation.First,summary of theoretical research on related job satisfaction,including mature research results at home and abroad as the theoretical basis of this research,such as job satisfaction overview and significance,constituent factors,job satisfaction model,measurement tool methods,research review,classic theory,etc.Secondly,using the interview method,Conduct one-on-one interviews with department managers and key personnel.Develop a satisfaction questionnaire based on the interview results and related theories,with reference to the satisfaction measurement model.The scope includes the job itself,job rewards,working environment,personal prospects,the overall enterprise,etc.Calculate the satisfaction of employees in the maintenance department of QZ Power Supply Company from five aspects.By sorting out the results of the questionnaire.In-depth analysis of the satisfaction of employees of different genders,different ages,different educational backgrounds and different job positions in five aspects,it summarizes the problems of unsatisfactory salary distribution,the need to improve the assessment mechanism,the lack of single promotion channels,the lack of training and learning opportunities,and the weak perception of decent work.Finally,according to the actual situation of QZ power supply company,it put forward five major measures to establish a fair and competitive salary system,improve the assessment management system,broaden the space of career development space for job promotion,target strengthen employee training,and enhance decent work perception Improve job satisfaction,and put forward corresponding safeguard measures to achieve the implementation of the system.The combination of theory and practice in this research puts forward my own opinion in improving the satisfaction of maintenance work of QZ power supply companies,which has a certain positive effect on the development of the company's employee management,and provides reference experience for the subsidiaries of STATE GRID Corporation of China.
