| Employee satisfaction affects the work motivation of employees and the stability of enterprises.Research on employee satisfaction is helpful for the development of employees and enterprises,and their satisfaction has a significant impact on the normal operation of enterprises.Front-line employees are an important part of a business.At present,HY power plant frontline staff’s human resources management appears some defects,frontline staff’s work efficiency is low,negative emotions,lack of interest in self improvement,dimission rate is on the rise,these problems have hindered the operation and development of HY power plant.For the long-term and stable development of the enterprise and the improvement of the satisfaction of frontline employees,it is an important choice for HY power plant to study the satisfaction of frontline employees.Therefore,this thesis takes the front-line employees of HY power plant as the object,combines the background and current situation of HY power plant,investigates six dimensions of low employee satisfaction through Minnesota satisfaction questionnaire,and interviews the employees of HY power plant around the six dimensions of enterprise policy,salary,promotion,employee rewards and punishments,sense of achievement,and work authority.And analyze the reasons for the low overall satisfaction of HY power plant front-line employees.Finally,put forward targeted management suggestions to improve the satisfaction of HY power plant front-line employees. |
