| Since entering the 21st century,Chinese manufacturing industry develops rapidly,and the industrial structure also changes to high-tech and high value added.Innovative economy of S&T smes has become one of the leading forces of national economy.To grow bigger and stronger,small and medium-sized science and technology enter prises need to have their own core technology on the one land,and on the other hand,they need to establish an advanced management system to fully mobilize the resources of all aspects of the enterprise,including human resources.With the development of modern enterprise management theory,the management of human resources is a part of today’s enterprise management function.Continuously improving the level of human resource management is an effective means to enhance the competitiveness of enterprise.the management of human resources includes performance appraisal,recruitment,salary management and training,etc.As the basis of which,performance appraisal is playing an increasingly important role.In the paper,specific analysis tools such as literature analysis,case analysis,data analysis and questionnaire survey are used to analyze and study the current situation of performance appraisal of assembly staff of Kenong Company,and find out the reasons for these problems.Through research into the cause of these problems,and combined with the result of the survey analysis,according to the latest performance evaluation methods,such as key performance indicators(KPI)and 360° appraisal method,target management,the balanced scorecard as the practice basis,based on the Kenong Company present situation,the optimization scheme of assembling the performance appraisal for the staff of design.The new scheme defines the goals and principles of performance assessment for assembly staff of Kenon Company,uses KPI to design performance assessment indicators,refines the weight of each indicator and the basis of grade classification standardizing the assessment process,and studies the detailed rules and key steps of the implementation of the assessment.At the same time the paper also discusses,how to ensure the smooth implementation of the performance appraisal scheme of assembly staff by strengthening organizational guarantee,system guarantee and corporate culture construction.This paper optimized the Kenong Company assembly work performance appraisal plan,strengthen the duty staff to assemble to company performance appraisal,and through the implementation of the scientific performance evaluation scheme,improve the management level of the Kenong Company performance appraisal,the department can effectively play the company’s human resources value,can greatly help the company improve the economic benefit,and it has reference significance for the improvement of post performance appraisal in related industries and similar enterprises. |
