| With the rapid development of China’s railway industry,railway enterprises have changed from traditional institutions to market competitive enterprises,and the management mode and policy management of enterprises have also undergone tremendous changes.In order to meet the development needs of the railway industry in the new era,railway enterprises should first reform and innovate the management mode of human resources.At present,the competition of all trades in our country is very fierce,and the transportation industry is in the stage of rapid development,among which the railway enterprises should improve their own performance appraisal system.According to the industry environment,regional policies,economic indicators and other content,find out the deficiencies in the performance appraisal process of enterprises,through objective and reasonable research and analysis,put forward specific measures for the performance appraisal problems existing in enterprises,improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the industry,expand the business ability of enterprises,and ensure the benign development of Railway Enterprises in the new era.GZ Company as a Joint Venture Railway Company under China Railway,the engineering department is the core department of the enterprise.Due to the problems caused by the imperfect performance appraisal,employees’ work content and evaluation index are vague.The performance appraisal of the staff is mostly based on the subjective likes and dislikes of the leaders,and the staffs work enthusiasm is not high.The performance appraisal cannot meet the development needs of the company,so the enterprise urgently needs an effective performance appraisal to guide and supervise the staff of the department,make them play a role,improve the development strength of the enterprise,so that the enterprise can seize the opportunity in the development of the industry,and then improve the efficiency of the enterprise,ensure the quality of the enterprise,so as to achieve rapid development.This study consists of six parts.Firstly,the background of the enterprise is summarized.It is believed that the establishment of scientific and feasible department performance appraisal can effectively enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the industry.Through studying the research on performance appraisal of excellent scholars at home and abroad,the specific measures of performance appraisal optimization of Engineering Department of GZ company are defined.On the basis of field investigation of GZ Company,this paper deeply analyses the problems existing in the performance appraisal of Engineering Department staff and the causes of the problems,and expounds the feasibility and necessity of optimizing the performance appraisal of department.Combining with relevant theories,this paper optimizes the evaluation index,communication feedback and application of evaluation results of performance appraisal of Engineering Department employees,and puts forward the implementation guarantee of performance appraisal.The last part of the study is the conclusion and outlook.It briefly summarizes the contents of the study and points out the shortcomings of the study. |
