In recent years,with the growth of consumers’ economic strength and the change of consumption concept,people are pursuing more and more material aspects,which is why the automobile industry develops rapidly.But at the same time of development,the automobile industry is also facing increasingly fierce competition.For automobile4 S shops,the sales ability of sales staff is the core force of competition and has a great impact on the development of enterprises.To improve the work efficiency of employees,it is necessary to apply an effective performance appraisal system.Performance appraisal is an important component of human resource management and an indispensable way to achieve the strategic goals of enterprises.Therefore,how to use the efficient performance appraisal system to improve the sales level of 4S shop salesmen has become a problem that the enterprise management needs to pay attention to and solve.Through questionnaire investigation,this paper analysis the JT company existing sales staff performance appraisal system do not meet the requirements of the company strategy development,performance appraisal system of index set is not reasonable,performance appraisal,no complaint feedback mechanism,performance appraisal,using a single result,and analyze the causes of the problem.Through the analysis of key performance indicators,the balanced scorecard method and the application of the whole perspective assessment method,the existing performance assessment system is optimized and designed.In order to ensure that the optimal design of the scheme can be implemented smoothly,this paper also puts forward relevant measures in four aspects: organization,capital,system and personnel guarantee.At the end of the paper,it also summarizes the shortcomings of the existing research and puts forward the prospect of the future research direction.Through to the particularity in the service industry is JT company sales staff performance appraisal scheme optimization improvement,enhancing the working efficiency of the company’s sales personnel and the subjective initiative,for JT company achieve strategic development goals,improve business provide strong advantageous support,but also for the automotive industry and other private enterprises performance evaluation system to provide the reference.
