| With the appearance and development of a new round of technological revolution,the automotive industry has accelerated to the electric,intelligent,Internet of things and digital era.The characteristics of high technical content and high degree of refinement of management in the automobile industry determine that the competition between automobile enterprises is mainly reflected in the ability of technology and scientific and technological innovation.Technological breakthrough and innovation need a large number of technical and management talents.G automobile R & D(research and development)company has more than 3600 R & D staff,and its performance appraisal system has been relatively mature and perfect.The performance appraisal system used by more than 400 functional staff is relatively simple and extensive.It not only lags behind the overall management level of the company because the company pays more attention to R & D than management,but also develops slowly because of its low proportion and difficult to measure work performance.As one of the important members of functional departments,financial staff.are not only the role of service R & D,but also the role of managers.Therefore,the research on the optimization of the performance appraisal system of financial staff.has become the top priority of the fine management of functional staff.Taking the financial staff of G automobile R & D company as the model,the aim of this paper is to optimize the financial staff performance appraisal system.Firstly,the means of individual questionnaire adopted,this paper studies the current situation of the performance appraisal system of the financial staff,detecting the problems in the present performance appraisal system,and evaluating the causes of the problems.Then,using KPI,MBO,AHP and other methods,combined with the general situation of G automobile R & D company and the objective situation of financial staff performance appraisal,this paper optimizes the design of assessment indexes,assessment methods,applying consequence etc.Finally,the optimization scheme of the financial staff performance appraisal system is obtained,and the guarantee measures for the optimization scheme implemented are put forward.Combined with the general situation of G automobile R & D company and the operation status of financial personnel performance appraisal system,the optimization scheme and safeguard measures proposed in this paper can provide experience reference for the optimization of financial personnel performance appraisal system of other automobile R & D companies. |
