| Nowadays,the development of all walks of life is closely related to electric energy.In order to ensure the reliable supply of electric power,it is necessary to stabilize the power grid structure.In the power grid structure,substation plays an important role.With the capital investment of power grid company in substation construction increasing year by year,the number of substations also increases.In the process of substation construction,the risk management level of managers is backward and the ability of risk identification,analysis and preventive measures is insufficient,resulting in personal and equipment accidents from time to time,delaying the construction progress,increasing the construction cost and unable to achieve the construction goal.Based on work practice,taking the reconstruction construction project of tangzhuanghu 110 k V substation as an example,this paper identifies the influencing factors of construction risk through questionnaire survey,expert consultation and checklist,establishes the risk identification table of tangzhuanghu 110 k V substation reconstruction construction project,and then scientifically evaluates the identified risks by using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,the corresponding risk response measures are put forward for each risk,so as to provide theoretical guidance for the risk management of tangzhuanghu 110 k V substation reconstruction project,and provide reference for the construction risk management of other similar power projects. |
