| The EPC mode appeared in 1960 s with the purpose of deeply integrating the work of design phase,procurement phase and construction phase.In the EPC model,because of the general contractor needs to perform the whole process contracting services for the design,procurement,construction and delivery for use of the project,in addition,the owner and the contractor usually adopt the fixed price contract mode,then the general contractor undertakes most of the risks of the project.Therefore,in the management of EPC projects,scientific and reasonable risk assessment and analysis of its engineering design will directly affect the economic benefits of the contractor,which is of great significance to the general contractor.This article takes a medical university project as the research object,and uses literature research method,questionnaire and expert survey method,qualitative and quantitative combine method to study the design risk of a medical university project.The main research contents are:(1)Mainly introduces the research background,purpose,significance,research status and research methods etc...(2)combs the EPC mode and risk management theory,mainly introduces the concept and characteristics of EPC mode,and analyzes the process of risk management(risk identification,risk evaluation,risk response and other related contents etc...).(3)Carry out the identification of risk sources in the design stage for the medical university.The design is divided into five stages,namely the conceptual design stage,the schematic design stage,the preliminary design stage,the construction drawing design stage and the deepening design stage.According to the engineering characteristics,field investigation and expert questionnaire method,identify the risk in each stage and find the potential risk source(4)According to the results of risk identification,establish the risk evaluation index system,and use the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to systematically analyze and evaluate the design risk of this project.(5)According to the results of the risk evaluation,the maximum value of the engineering design risk score of this project is 0.30,and the corresponding risk level is "general",so the project risk is in the controllable range.By studying the comprehensive score of secondary indicators,it is found that the risk of the project’s EPC scheme design contracting scope,the risk of local municipal whether the information is accurate,the risk of EPC construction drawing design quality and the risk of relevant national normative standards updated are the most important risks,and risks rate is high.So in view of the above four types of risks,combined with the actual construction situation of the project the article puts forward the corresponding risk response strategies.Through the research of this article,it is expected to provide construction companies with certain reference significance in the process of risk management of EPC general contracting projects,and guide them to rationally use the response measures of engineering design-related risk,reduce the probability of risk occurrence and improve design management level. |
