Research On Micro-Regeneration Of Urban Communities From The Perspective Of Asset Orientation

Under the new background of "stock development" and "urban double repair",urban community regeneration has attracted much attention.As an important project of benefiting the people and development,community renewal is a direct measure to improve residents’ lives,an important part of urban regeneration action,and the key to improving stock space and urban quality.However,the traditional community renewal is mainly based on material renewal,and the non-material content lacks attention,and the sustainability of community renewal results is worrying,which needs to be solved urgently.With the rapid advancement of urbanization in my country,the urban development model has gradually shifted from extensional expansion to endogenous development,emphasizing people-centered and sustainable development as the goal.In this context,this thesis introduces the concept of asset orientation,provides a new perspective for urban community micro-renewal,and provides new ideas for transforming and optimizing communities.On the basis of summarizing the current characteristics and problems of urban communities,by transforming the ideas of community micro-renewal,investigating the situation of community assets,constructing an asset evaluation system,clarifying the relationship between community assets and community problems,and proposing community micro-renewal mechanisms and strategies,it is hoped to find a solution.A scientifically reasonable,refined and sustainable approach to community renewal.Based on the above goals,the research mainly focuses on the following four aspects: first,how to define the concepts of community assets and community micro-updates,second,how to evaluate community assets reasonably and effectively,third,how to link community assets and community needs,and fourth,how to make full use of the community Assets drive community micro-update actions.In response to the above four problems,the research contents of this thesis include:(1)Define the concepts of community assets and community micro-updates,and sort out the relevant theories and research trends at home and abroad;(2)Analyze the current status of communities and update characteristics to understand community updates(3)Build an asset-oriented community micro-renewal system,including building a community asset evaluation system,and propose an update strategy according to the evaluation results according to local conditions;(4)Case study,taking the Blue Sky Park Community in Gulou District,Nanjing as an example,quantitative measurement The situation of community assets,analyze the needs of community renewal,and propose community micro-renewal strategies from the five capitals of material,society,economy,culture,and human resources;(5)Conclusions and prospects.The main conclusions of this thesis are as follows:(1)The asset-oriented micro-update model can better meet the needs of community development under the new development background;(2)The community micro-update system from the asset-oriented perspective should include information collection,evaluation system construction,indicators The determination of scoring standards and evaluation sets,and the formulation of targeted update strategies;(3)Community asset evaluation should include material,social,economic,cultural,human and other connotations,and conduct comprehensive evaluation;(4)Asset-oriented community The micro update is driven by the excavation of the endogenous potential of the community,which is in line with the concept of community co-construction,co-governance and sharing proposed at this stage.It can provide a new idea for community renewal process and sustainable development,and lay a foundation for realizing community autonomy.The main innovations of this thesis include:(1)introducing the asset-oriented concept into community micro-update;(2)building a reasonable and feasible community asset evaluation system;(3)exploring the path and mode of linking community assets and community needs;(4)targeting at Community asset situation and put forward countermeasures for utilization.
