Study On Landscape Space Regeneration Design Of Old Community In The End Of 20th Century

In the process of urban development,the expansion of population leads to urban expansion of housing land.However,land,resources and energy are limited,so the renewal of old cities has become a new theme of urban construction.The problems of the old communities are the key.In cities,the treatment of old communities is mainly demolition and reconstruction,but this treatment ignores the whole life cycle of old communities,which will lead to great waste of energy and resources,weaken the traditional attributes of cities and people,change people’s positive values,and lose the community spirit.At the end of the 20th century,the old community was just at the key point of being demolished or updated.Starting from the regeneration of the landscape space of the old community at the end of the 20th century,this paper analyzed and summarized the current old community’s habitual transformation mode,and aimed at repairing and making up for its problems.Puts forward four levels of regenerating old community landscape space,and from the psychological atmosphere of community level construction,the construction of landscape environment level,intelligent community restructuring of business forms and update the comprehensive problems in four aspects to solve the old community,which covers the community economic development,social harmony and human development,ecological construction and cultural heritage,and many other dimensions,finally apply it to the lakeside community reconstruction practice to prove its feasibility.So let it become a model for the old community to provide a new way of thinking.The goal is to make the old community landscape space for regeneration,and maintain the stability of the community of the original social relations network,humanistic qualities,continue to inspire community residents of community,promote the construction of community autonomy,to let the old community into the contemporary social culture network,with old community street context state full of urban social pluralism,it into urban context,become the common context and has the connotation of the new culture.
