Ethics Of Social Cost Of Construction Project Research

In recent years,with the acceleration of urbanization,China’s construction industry has been booming,but with the emergence of a large number of construction projects,construction projects are more and more closely related to various ethical issues.The lack of engineering ethics awareness of the project related actors has caused serious negative impact on the environment and society in the construction and production process of the construction project,and brought many social cost problems.The essence of the research on the social cost of construction project is the research on the ethical problem of the project,which solves the ethical problem of the project and improves the social cost of the construction project.Through literature review,case analysis and other methods,this paper analyzes the social cost of construction projects from the perspective of environment,economy and society,and discusses the ethical reasons for the results,which are mainly manifested in four aspects: weak sense of social ethical responsibility of engineering community and engineers,lax external environmental supervision and lack of relevant laws and regulations.At the same time,the paper puts forward the following countermeasures: to strengthen engineering ethics education for students and engineers,to promote the institutionalization of engineering ethics education by the government;to build a public supervision platform,to strengthen the supervision function of the government,to highlight the cost of ethical deficiencies;to improve relevant laws and regulations.
