Engineering activities have become the important basis for social, material and economic development in modern society. Engineering activities not only provide us with the material prosperity, but also the spiritual wealth. While engineering activities have brought us material and spiritual interests, human beings are unknowingly entering a high-risk times. In contemporary engineering, engineering risks are the problem that cannot be avoided. There are both inherent risks and extrinsic risks. Risk exists in each link of engineering activities and engineering activities have become the factors that can affect the environment and society. For the whole society, human beings need to reduce engineering risks and increase security. In engineering activities, some risk which caused by person can be reduced or avoided by improving the quality and capacity of the main works. Engineers play an important role in engineering activities. Therefore, their moral responsibilities have a direct influence on their projects and have a profound impact on society. As a professional, engineer must take the responsibility of the professional ethics. As the projects may cause a negative impact on the ecological environment, at the same time, engineers bear an unshirkable responsibility for environmental ethics. In engineering activities, engineers should adhere to the three main principles. The first one is humanistic care that highlights the concern of human being. The second one is the ethical care for all the other living being, the third one is the just principle. The reason for the lack of engineers'ethics is the lack of awareness. The ethical control of the engineering risk means to control the immoral behavior in projects and to carry out the ethical education for the engineers engaged in project activities. In this paper, we achieve this goal by strengthening engineering ethics education. By comparing the United States and China's engineering ethics education, we can see that the engineering ethics education in China is relatively weak. Therefore, we should learn from the successful experience, exploring the right way for China's ethics education.
