Engineering is a man-made system formed by human beings using scientific knowledge and technical means to organize cooperation for a certain purpose.The characteristics of the project are systemic,social,and environmental adaptability.The progress of human civilization is reflected in the development of various projects.In a sense,engineering is the way of human existence.In engineering practice,we pay more attention to the application of science and technology.However,when the project is used by humans,it must contain ethical issues.With the development of society and the increase of engineering projects,engineering ethics has attracted more and more attention from relevant scholars.Today,China is at the peak of project development.Every day,tens of thousands of projects are under construction.Undoubtedly,all engineering projects are related to the vital interests of the people,so inevitably there will be a series of problems related to engineering theory.The engineers responsible for engineering planning and construction have their own professional ethics and social responsibility.It is the cause of engineering ethics problems.However,in the period of rapid development,China has paid attention to the number of projects in engineering construction,but it has not intentionally paid attention to and understand the meaning of engineers and their work,nor has it realized the importance of social responsibility in engineering projects.What professional ethics and what social responsibilities do the engineers need to perform in the construction of the project?If the interests of the project are not in conformity with the social responsibility of the project,how to deal with it?Although China is gradually improving its quality management and social responsibility system,the above problems To truly solve,on the one hand,a more comprehensive and systematic study of social responsibility and its promotion and application in engineering projects should be carried out based on the theory of engineering ethics;on the other hand,a series of effective measures must be taken in practice.Strengthen the construction of engineers' professional ethics,and let more engineers establish their sense of responsibility in the construction of engineering projects.This dissertation consists of six chapters.In the first chapter,the research background of this topic,the development history,current research status,and research trends of social responsibility research projects at home and abroad are introduced.Based on this,the research of this paper is discussed.Methods and research significance.In the second chapter,the concept,connotation and characteristics of the project's social responsibility are mainly introduced,and the stakeholder theory related to social responsibility,the theory of sustainable development and the theory of building a harmonious society are further discussed.On the basis of introducing the basic theory,we will discuss the practical progress of the project's social responsibility,the company's management system,the transformation of competitiveness,and the flaws in the responsibility report.In the third chapter,the status quo of the social responsibility of the project is analyzed.The behavior of the lack of social responsibility of the project is mainly discussed.The lack of the social responsibility of the project is analyzed from the perspectives of social development,laws and regulations and government supervision.In the fourth chapter,the project of Qingdao Metro Line 3 is taken as an example to discuss the social responsibility of the project.Based on the introduction of the basic conditions of the project of the Qingdao Metro Line 3 project,the social responsibility survey method of the project and the Qingdao Metro Line 3 project are discussed.The project analyzes the lack of social responsibility for the Qingdao Metro Line 3 project from the perspective of social responsibility recognition,organizational security,and internal system construction,as well as the social environment in which the project fulfills social responsibility.In Chapter 5,we will start implementing the social responsibility measures and recommendations for the Qingdao Metro Line 3.Mainly from the internal implementation of performance management,improve the project's social responsibility monitoring mechanism,improve laws and regulations and strengthen the moral public opinion hypothesis,thus reducing the lack of responsibility for the project.Chapter 6 concludes and looks forward.
