Research On Engineering Ethics Education In Chinese Universities Under The Background Of Emerging Engineering

The development of the society cannot be separated from the development of engineering activities,the exquisite skills of engineers,and the people’s pursuit of high-quality life.With the great challenges brought about by the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial changes,the Ministry of Education has recently issued the "Notice on Carrying out Emerging Engineering Research and Practice" and "Notice on Promoting Emerging Engineering Practice and Research",actively exploring the reform of higher engineering education and earnestly training new engineering talents.In order to meet the needs of national strategic development,universities try to innovate and reform engineering education according to their own conditions.It should be noted that engineering ethics education,which should belong to the scope of engineering education in colleges and universities,has not received the due attention and development in China..Engineering ethics education has very important value for the construction of new engineering disciplines.It not only enriches the connotation of engineering education,but also improves the basic quality of engineering talents.Therefore,in the context of emerging engineering,it is of great practical significance to explore the construction of engineering ethics education system and guarantee measures in China’s universities.The beginning of this article explains the research background and significance of the problem,and summarizes the relevant literature to form a research idea;In the second part of the study,the relevant concepts and the theoretical basis of this article are explained,and the target value of engineering ethics education is formed from a theoretical perspective and how to construct an education system;In the third part of the research,the current situation of engineering ethics education in China is analyzed and introduced,and the relationship between the construction of emerging engineering disciplines and engineering ethics education in universities is explained through the theory of human development;In the fourth part of the study,we introduce the engineering ethics education model of universities in the United States and France in detail,and what enlightenment to our country’s engineering ethics education;In the fifth part of the study,starting from the basic ideas of system theory,we put forward suggestions for the implementation of engineering ethics education in colleges and universities to ensure the orderly development of engineering ethics education.The innovations of this article are as follows: First,based on human’s comprehensive development theory and system theory,determining the target value of engineering ethics education in colleges and universities and carrying out engineering ethics education has theoretical support to make the research normative and academic.Second,by interviewing engineering and technical personnel at the front line,this article draws the status quo of engineering ethics education in China’s colleges and universities,making the problem more directional.At the same time,it analyzes and summarizes the good cases made by foreign engineering ethics education,which has certain reference significance for developing engineering ethics education in China’s universities.Third,the research in this article is to propose countermeasures to the implementation of engineering ethics education in colleges and universities in the context of the emerging engineering discipline.The approach is to improve the awareness of the importance of engineering ethics in colleges and universities,improve the engineering ethics education system,and finally provide development guarantee.It provides a reference for the implementation of engineering ethics education in Chinese universities.
