Study On Allocation Of Pension Facilities In Shijiazhuang City Under The Concept Of Coordinated Development

With the rapid growth of social economy,the degree of urban aging is becoming more and more severe,and the pressure of urban pension is increasing."The" Outline of the 14 th Five-Year Plan "clearly points out that" implementing the national strategy of actively coping with the aging of the population ",and the next five years will focus on a series of policy requirements around the" pension ",it can be seen that the problem of urban aging is more and more valued by the country.This study in Shijiazhuang city aging population and pension facilities as the research object,based on the concept of coordinated development,explore the pension facilities analysis and evaluation method and configuration optimization strategy,hope that through this study,can enrich the pension facilities evaluation and configuration optimization theory system,at the same time,for Shijiazhuang city endowment facilities actual construction provide certain reference.This paper uses the literature research method,field research method,spatial analysis method and other methods to study,mainly including three parts: the construction of pension facilities evaluation system under the concept of coordinated development,the evaluation of the coordinated development status of elderly care facilities in Shijiazhuang,and the optimization of elderly care facilities configuration research in Shijiazhuang.The paper first sorts out the research status of pension facilities at home and abroad,summarizes the relevant research results,and lays the theoretical foundation for the paper research.Secondly,this paper analyzes the current problems and influencing factors of the development of pension facilities in China,and constructs the evaluation system of pension facilities.Then,with the study scope of the main urban area of Shijiazhuang,the paper analyzes the development situation of the elderly population and the coordination of scale supply,spatial distribution and service quality.Finally,the aging population in the main urban area of Shijiazhuang is predicted,and combined with the current situation evaluation results,the optimization strategy is put forward from the three aspects of resource allocation optimization,spatial distribution allocation optimization and service system allocation optimization,and the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction and development of elderly care facilities are proposed.
