| With the population aging trend of China’s increasingly serious pensio n services for the elderly growing demand. The facilities for the elderly as a service to the elderly community public service facilit ies, is to deal with an aging population and an important guarantee for improving people’s livelihood. Any State pension modes and with suitable facilities for the elderly are inseparable, select pension mode directly affects the structure of the type and number of facilities for the elderly needs. In this paper, field research, interviews questionnaire research methods and data analysis, analysis of the proble m Luzhou City Planning Area mode selector pension and pension facilities planning.Firstly, through the relevant theoretical and practical experience in domestic and foreign pension model and a summary of facilities, the establishment of a research framework for pension model and facilities planning. Then, around population aging research background, and analyzed by Survey and extensive data analysis of population aging trend within the scope of the study, reasonably predict the scale of development growth trend Luzhou City’s aging rate and future elderly population. At the same time, the paper from the survey and analysis of the current situation in Luzhou City pension mode and start facilities, dig deeper main problems of the status quo. Then, by analyzing the factors the Aged demand, demand characteristics found in pension mode and facilities.
