Study On Quality Evaluation Of Prefabricated Concrete Construction Project Of WY Company

In recent years,with the continuous development of our society and the continuous progress of science and technology,the construction industry is also facing great opportunities and ch allenges.Assembly concrete building is more and more valued by people,and more and more enterprises adopt prefabricated and assembled construction methods.Prefabricated concrete building can effectively save resources,reduce human cost and construction cost,improve labor production efficiency,and reduce environmental pollution and damage,which conforms to the environmental protection concept of "green water and green mountain is Jinshan Yinshan".However,due to the change of building mode,the traditional quality management system can not meet the requirements,and it must be changed accordingly.In order to ensure the quality of the building,it is necessary to strengthen the quality management.This paper takes a prefabricated concrete construction project of WY company as the research object.In view of the problems of incomplete and concrete evaluation content in quality management of the project,this paper has consulted and collected a large number of documents,and combined with the practical research on relevant data and documents in engineering practice,preliminarily analyzed,identified and screened out the main factors affecting the construction quality,Based on the national standards and regulations and expert opinions,the main factors influencing the quality of prefabricated concrete building are determined from the perspective of project implementation process.Then,according to the design principles and methods of the quality evaluation system,the evaluation factors and the weight ar e determined.Finally,the quality evaluation index system of the prefabricated concrete construction project is designed.The quality evaluation index determined in this paper mainly starts from three aspects: construction preparation,organization and qu ality acceptance.In the three main links,more specific indicators are set up,and the evaluation index system suitable for WY company has been formed.Then,OWA operator weight method is used to calculate,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is use d to evaluate the model.On the basis of setting up the evaluation subject,the design quality evaluation model is implemented,and the evaluation results are analyzed and discussed.Quality evaluation is an important part of the quality management system.The quality evaluation system of prefabricated concrete building of WY company is designed in this paper,which is helpful to improve the quality management ability and management level of WY construction project.The research of this paper has great practical significance.
