| With the reform of economic structure and the requirement of energy conservation and emission reduction in China,prefabricated concrete buildings have achieved rapid development during the past ten years in China under the vigorous promotion of the government,which represents the direction of the transformation and upgrade of the construction industry.However,because of the short development history of prefabricated concrete buildings in our country and the relatively insufficient theoretical research and practical experience,many quality problems have appeared in the process of construction,causing the waste of resources and bringing adverse effects to the development of prefabricated concrete buildings;thus,it has become an inevitable need for the healthy development of the industry to improve the construction quality management level of the prefabricated concrete buildings.This paper will carry out empirical and theoretical research on the construction quality management of prefabricated concrete buildings so as to provide reference and ideas for the further improvement of the construction quality management level of prefabricated concrete buildings in China.With the construction quality management of prefabricated concrete buildings as the research object,this paper firstly makes an in-depth analysis on the present situation and existing problems of the construction quality management of prefabricated concrete buildings in China based on the research on the relevant theories and engineering practice of prefabricated concrete buildings at home and abroad.Next,the factors influencing the construction quality of the prefabricated concrete buildings are identified by means of literature search and then summarized and reorganized,the final list of the main factors affecting the quality is determined through the questionnaire survey,and then the construction quality management system and PDCA circulation-based quality improvement mechanism of prefabricated concrete buildings are established by means of the total quality management theory;besides,an OWA operator-based fuzzy comprehensive quality evaluation model is also built.Then,the rationality and feasibility of the total quality management system are verified through instance analysis on the quality management of DG garden project,the quality management effect is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the improvement direction of the project quality management is pointed out through analysis.Finally,the suggestions for improving the construction quality management level of prefabricated concrete buildings are proposed from three aspects of enhancing the quality management level,perfecting the talent training mechanism and changing the quality management concept combining with the theoretical and practical research. |
