| Construction industry is an indispensable part of our economic system and a pillar industry of national economy.With the development of construction industry in recent years,the malpractice of environmental pollution and labor shortage also appeared.Under the current situation,the transformation from traditional construction methods to industrialization and industrialization is the most urgent task for the development of the construction industry,and the vigorous development of the prefabricated building industry is a strong guarantee for realizing this transformation.With the support and guidance of policies at all levels of government,the fruits of our country’s prefabricated building development are beginning to emerge.However,in the course of the transformation and upgrading of the way of construction,the quality of the prefabricated building industry has hidden dangers due to insufficient implementation of policies,incomplete technical standards and relatively backward industrial development,can not guarantee the realization of the project quality goal.However,there are many factors affecting the quality of prefabricated building,and they are interrelated,so it is difficult to manage the quality of prefabricated building.In order to effectively control prefabricated building quality and facilitate management personnel to carry out quality management,based on the study of relevant literature,this paper has gained insight into the essential core of prefabricated building project quality management,through on-the-spot research and summarization of literature,combing the process of prefabricated building quality formation with the characteristics of regional industrial structure,and understanding the current situation of prefabricated building quality management,analyze and summarize the problems in prefabricated building project quality management.Based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy weight method,an evaluation model of prefabricated building quality was established,and the factors affecting the quality of prefabricated building and the weights of each index were sorted out,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to validate the LS project evaluation system,and the results show that the evaluation system is reasonable and effective.Find out the index factor with big weight and put forward the pertinence improvement measure.After rectification,the project evaluation result is improved.This article establishes the construction quality evaluation system of prefabricated construction projects with applicable industrial development and grounding.The evaluation system indicators cover the whole process of prefabricated buildings from scratch.The actual construction situation,from the aspects of planning and design,the supply of prefabricated components,the construction installation and completion acceptance,the scientific and effective statistical methods were used to improve the entire process system.Use the quality control method of dynamic management of the entire process of engineering construction,carry out quality management of prefabricated construction projects,find working nodes that are more likely to occur in quality problems,blind spots that are not easy to control,and are difficult to communicate and coordinate.A reasonable and efficient construction technology to achieve the target effect of rapid construction and excellent quality.Not only achieves quality management goals,but also largely improves the economic and social value of construction projects,and provides reference significance for prefabricated construction engineering projects. |
