In the extensive development process of China’s construction industry with fully cast-in-place concrete structure as the main building structure,it has exposed significant problems such as large waste of resources,serious environmental pollution,and high labor intensity of construction workers.Prefabricated building shows that it can effectively reduce the labor intensity of construction workers,reduce construction waste,shorten project duration,and improve building quality.Therefore,it is necessary to promote the landing and development of prefabricated building in China.The State Council emphasized in the relevant policies of prefabricated building that it strives to use it for about 10 years,so that the proportion of prefabricated buildings in new buildings will reach 30%.However,in the practice of quality management of prefabricated building in construction today,the relevant participants lack quality management concepts and responsibility awareness,improper lifting of PC components,insufficient strength of connecting nodes between components,and poor seismic performance.In this paper,the quality of prefabricated building in construction process is selected as the research object.From the perspective of construction contractors,combined with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,an attempt is made to build an evaluation model of the quality influencing factors of prefabricated building in construction process,in order to improve the quality of prefabricated building in construction process.In the whole research process,firstly,the relevant concepts of the thesis research are elaborated and analyzed,and the research object of the thesis is defined as assembled monolithic concrete structure,the research content is the quality influencing factors of prefabricated building in construction,and the research subject is construction company.And on this basis,the three-phase control principle,the PDCA cycle principle and the quality management principle based on BIM & RFID technology with the characteristics of prefabricated building in construction are laid,which lays the foundation for the research of the paper;secondly,the scientific and reasonable quality influencing factors were selected through literature research,quality management status analysis and expert interviews,and the quality influencing factors system of prefabricated building in construction was constructed based on the AHP structure;then,the initial measurement scale for the quality influencing factors of prefabricated building in construction was designed,and the reliability test and validity test were carried out by using SPSS software,and the formal measurement scale was obtained,which realized the effective interpretation of the quality influencing factors;finally,based on the ambiguity of the quality of prefabricated building in construction and thegrayness of its assessment process,the evaluation model of quality influencing factors of prefabricated building in construction was constructed by combined weighting(AHP and entropy weight method)-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and conducted a case study,the construction quality level of the actual project under study is close to good,the quality improvement measures for the project and the universal quality improvement measures applicable to all projects starting from technology,economy,organization and contract are given.Through thesis research,the following main research conclusions are obtained: first of all,the quality influencing factors system of prefabricated building in construction,which includes 3 primary indicators(before,during and after construction)and 16 secondary indicators;secondly,based on the reliability and validity tests,a formal measurement scale of the quality factors of prefabricated building in construction was obtained,which better explained the meaning of each secondary index and provided a basis for taking corresponding quality management measures;thirdly,the AHP method and the entropy weight method determined the weight of each influencing factor,and the main influencing factor should be paid attention to;fourthly,an evaluation model of the quality factors of prefabricated building in construction based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is obtained,and a case study shows that it has certain practical significance. |
