Research On Risk Management Of Prefabricated Building Project Based On EPC Model

With the traditional construction site chaos,waste of resources,backward technology and other shortcomings prominent,as well as the concept of sustainable development is increasingly popular,the reform of the construction industry is imminent.In recent years,in order to promote the development of prefab building,the state has promulgated many policy documents related to prefab building.However,in practice,as China's prefab building is still in the new development stage,there are many technical problems related to design,production and construction,as well as incoordination among various stages.EPC mode can well solve these problems,and in the overall control period and quality,and has obvious advantages.In EPC mode,most of the risk of the project is borne by the general contractor.Once the risk is not well controlled,it will cause serious losses or even project failure to the general contractor.Therefore,it is urgent to analyze the risks faced by EPC prefab construction projects from the perspective of the general contractor,so as to reduce the risks of the general contractor and ensure the smooth implementation of the project.This paper firstly discusses the research background and problems of risks of EPC prefab construction projects,analyzes the development and research status of prefab construction and EPC model,and explains the research purpose,significance and research content of this paper.Secondly,this paper expounds the related theories of prefabricated building,EPC general contracting model and risk management,and analyzes the meaning and management process of prefabricated building risk in EPC model.Thirdly,the risk evaluation index system of EPC prefab building project is established by means of literature analysis and questionnaire survey,and the risk evaluation model of EPC prefab building project is constructed by means of grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Finally,combined with the relevant cases,the established evaluation index system and risk evaluation model are applied to the case to obtain the evaluation results,and according to the evaluation results,the corresponding risk control measures are proposed to provide a certain reference for the EPC general contractor to carry out risk management of prefabricated building projects.The paper contains 15 figures,30 tables,102 references.
