Practical Village Planning Based On Rural Revitalization Strategy

With the development of the rural revitalisation strategy and the transformation of the territorial spatial system,planning and implementation at the village level has become particularly important and it’s legal status is increasing.The traditional village planning lacks practicality and guidance,and it is difficult to meet the needs of various projects in the village.To solve such problems,practical village planning came into being.In May2019,the State Council issued a document for the first time requesting the preparation of practical village plans with "multiple planning integration".In order to speed up the preparation work and explore the preparation method,we hereby study it in depth.This thesis firstly adopts the literature review method,through the collection of village planning related policies and domestic and foreign academic literature,to master the relevant background knowledge;Secondly,using the method of historical tracing,summarize the development process of domestic and international village planning,explore the coping strategies of village planning under different national conditions,and find basic common laws;then,analyze the current problems and challenges in village planning,and explore the connotation and compilation path of practical village planning with the problem as the guide;finally,using the empirical research method,the actual project Dacheng Town Xinfeng Village is planned to be compiled to verify the feasibility of the theory.By interpreting the rural revitalization strategy,analyzing the difference between practical village planning and traditional village planning,it is found that the core of practical village planning is to achieve " multiple planning integration ",to achieve overall spatial coordination of all elements,and to meet the needs of multiple parties and Service planning,management must be practical.The specific solution strategies include the following six aspects:(1)Unite multiple subjects and clarify planning tasks;(2)Seek the basic status quo and guide villages by classification;(3)Strictly control rigid indicators and leave blank flexible space;(4)Coordinate the whole area Space,optimize the layout of the village;(5)unify the information platform,simplify the expression of results;(6)establish a control mechanism,adhere to the accompanying planning.Through the above multi-directional exploration,we will study the compilation path of practical village planning,in order to provide experience and inspiration for other practical village planning workers.
