Practical Researchon Village Planning Of Shisong Villagein Nanxi Region Based On Rural Revitalization

The work of “three agricultural problems” including agriculture,rural areas and peasants has always been the construction core of China’s socialist modernization.From the “Agrarian Reform” put forward in the early years of the People’s Republic of China,to the “People’s Commune” Movement like a raging fire,and to the implementation of the household contract responsibility system with remuneration linked to output,until 2017,the rural revitalization strategy was officially proposed at the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Our party has completely manifested the determination of the “three agricultural problems” and the plan for the implementation.On the basis of sorting and summarizing the relevant research progress and basic theories at home and abroad,and comparing to analyze the rural construction schemes with Chinese characteristics,combined with the construction requirements of the new countryside in Sichuan and China,the paper summarized the principles,contents and main methods of the plan for building the beautiful new village.Based on the status quo and the existing principal problems of the construction in Shisong Village with the on-the-spot investigation method and the strategic requirements for revitalizing the rural,the plan for the beautiful new village of Shisong Village was explored.The main findings and achievements of the research are as follows:(1)The connotation of the construction of beautiful new village is mainly reflected in the four aspects,such as “prosperous industry”,“rich family”,“harmonious people” and “beautiful village”.he five indicators involved in the rural revitalization strategy,i.e.prosperous industry,ecologically livable environment,civilized customs,effective governance and affluent life have the varying effects on the four aspects of the construction of the beautiful new village.(2)The rural plan should keep a foothold on the principles,such as characteristic advantages,ecological environment first,farmers’ main interests,the trinity of nature,human and villages,and multiple inputs based on the rural revitalization strategy.The plan should highlight the contents of optimizing the spatial layout,strengthening the characteristic industry,proving the ecological quality,beautifying the livingenvironment,improving the supporting facilities,planning the road network structure,sorting the cultural heritages,cultivating the traditional culture,managing the scientific operation and motivating the vitality of the village.(3)The paper selects Shisong Village,Daping Township,Nanxi District,in Yibin City as the research target.Through the analysis of the status quo of the study object,the main problems in the current construction and development of Shisong Village are identified.On account of the requirements of rural revitalization strategy,the beautiful new village of Shisong Village is planned from the five aspects of prosperous industry,ecologically livable environment,civilized customs,effective governance and affluent life so as to provide the decision-making basis for constructing a beautiful new village in Shisong Village.At the same time,a reference model is also provided for the rural planning and construction.
