Research On Hollow Village Improvement Planning Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

With the rapid growth of industrialization,the continuous improvement of urban construction continues to increase its attractiveness,causing a large number of rural population to flow into cities and towns.A series of problems such as vacant houses and land abandonment have been caused,and the phenomenon of hollowing out in rural areas has intensified,which has endangered the healthy development of rural areas.From the perspective of the development of hollow villages,China’s hollow villages have attracted widespread attention from the beginning of the 1990 s,and have seriously restricted rural construction.Based on the decline of the countryside,China’s report on the 19 th National Congress of 2017 put forward the "Village Revitalization Strategy" and explored the hollow village renovation plan under the background of rural revitalization,which is of great significance to the process of achieving healthy rural development and a comprehensive well-off society.This paper uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to explore the hollow village renovation under the background of rural revitalization.Firstly,the concepts of hollow villages and hollow houses were defined,the authenticity theory and push-pull theory were sorted out,the theoretical research on rural hollowing in recent years was sorted out,and the practical results of governance of hollow villages at home and abroad were summarized and summarized.Secondly,based on the survey of villages City,through the combination of online questionnaires and field surveys,the influencing factors of hollow villages are analyzed in five aspects: industry,population,ideas,facilities,and culture.Established a hollow village evaluation index system,and found that hollow villages exist in City,and hollow villages are caused by the loss of population from industrial hollowing,and then expand the hollowing of infrastructure,public service facilities,housing and other aspects to form industrial hollowing.The vicious cycle of population hollowing,living space hollowing and public service hollowing out.By summing up the influencing factors of hollow villages and the evaluation system of hollow villages,it is deduced that the hollowing mechanism in rural areas is formed by the combined action of village driving force and urban pulling force.Combining with the principles of the renovation of hollow villages,the governance strategies of hollow villages are proposed,including four levels of industrial development branding,comfortable living environment,optimized cultural space layout,and autonomous rural governance.Finally,taking the solid village as an example,the plan was implemented to build a village with a good industrial foundation,ecologically livable,and still nostalgic,to realize the revitalization of the village,and also provide reference experience for villages.
