Research On Special Space Planning Under The Rural Revitalization Strategy

IIAt the present stage,the biggest development imbalance in our country is the imbalance between urban and rural development,and the biggest development insufficiency is the inadequate rural development.In order to solve such problems as the imbalance between urban and rural development,our country has vigorously implemented the strategy of rural revitalization,the strategy of rural revitalization becomes the core of the policy of agriculture,countryside and farmers.In the rural revitalization strategy,the county is an important implementation unit,and the spatial planning is an important catch.County is the basic unit of social and economic development in China.The development of County is the foundation of Urban Development,the driving force of provincial development and the guarantee of national development.Under such a social background,the spatial planning of County area has become an important research object.In this paper,the representative coastal county Wendeng District of Weihai City is selected as an example.From the perspective of urban-rural integration,it is of great significance for the spatial development of counties around big cities.In this paper,the urban and rural development in the county space was studied and sorted out,and the center of the paper was defined,and the relevant theories of county space planning at home and abroad were discussed.The general situation of Wendeng District was investigated to explore the development process and status characteristics of its spatial structure,and the direction of spatial development at the county level was studied.Based on social,economic,ecological and other factors,the content and mode of spatial planning suitable for Wendeng’s development were proposed.Change of tangerang district space development,from the original single center to "turn for the work of the south,north west house" the evolution of the four area development mode,find out the main factors affecting the development of CPC wendeng county space,and summarize the problems of present situation of development and regional spatial structure of the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges facing is analyzed,the developing direction of the county space research.According to the problems existing in the spatial development of Wendeng district,this paper constructs the general idea of the overall development of urban and rural areas,and puts forward the general idea of changing the traditional spatial development mode,changing the passive mode to the active one,and connecting Weihai city with the spatial development,so as to drive the rural economic development in the county.Combined with the development requirements of rural revitalization,the paper finally explores the appropriate spatial development mode and optimization strategy in line with the development of Wendeng District,so as to provide guarantee for the future development of Wendeng District and also hope to provide reference for the compilation and implementation of spatial planning of other counties in China.
