Strategic management is an eternal theme for the survival and growth of a company of an enterprise.In the face of the challenges of the new era,in order to ensure that they can effectively improve their competitiveness,enterprises must strengthen corresponding strategic management.This dissertation is oriented to Shenzhen New Energy Equipment Company and discusses its development strategy in the field of new energy with strategic management thinking.Currently,the industry of new energy is thriving,the prospect of the new energy industry is promising in the long run;however,domestic industrial enterprises above designated size are also facing a complex situation of slowing profit growth and increasingly fierce market competition.The advantages of Shenzhen New Energy Company are brand awareness,technological innovation and perfect sales network;the disadvantage is that the competition is fierce and still has not occupied the main market position,now it becomes an urgent issue to be solved that how to achieve the company’s strategic objective and rapid growth.By analyzing the external environment of the company,this dissertation first points out the external factors faced by Shenzhen New Energy Equipment Company in its own development stage by using PEST analysis method including social,economic,technological and other aspects,and adopts the Porter five forces model.Summarize the pressure of industry competition that oneself undertakes;Secondly,understand the internal environment of the enterprise and carry out resource integration operations in an all-round way;Finally,use SWOT analysis method to grasp the advantages and shortcomings of oneself,and on the basis of scientific strategy formulation,combine the existing Problems,design corresponding development plans.Based on the analysis above,this dissertation will disclose a 5-year plan for the strategic development of Shenzhen New Energy Company,which will formulate and implement specific strategies in terms of business composition,core capabilities and resource allocation to help the company grasp development opportunities and avoid operations.The risks in the process are to maintain and increase the company’s current market share in the consumer lithium battery and power battery business.At the same time,by marching into the photovoltaic semiconductor industry,horizontal expansion is used to achieve the goal of building a high-end brand of new energy automation and achieve the company’s health Continuous development.The research results show that strategic management has played a decisive role in promoting the development of the company’s organization.The research on the development strategy of Shenzhen New Energy Equipment Company is of great practical significance.Meanwhile,it could serve for the purpose of giving some guidance and reference to other companies in this field.
