Over the past decade,China’s automobile industry has developed vigorously,becoming the largest automobile production and sales country in the world,and also driving the rapid development of automobile logistics industry.Affected by the abolition of purchase tax policy and other factors in 2018,China’s automotive industry experienced negative growth for the first time,especially the decline of legal system cars and American series cars.As a logistics enterprise of legal system cars and other brands,Fengshen Logistics Limited Company(FSL)has been greatly impacted.Facing the pressure of declining profits of traditional business,it plans and explores the next five years of FSL Limited Company.The strategic plan of the year is of great value.This paper analyses the external environment of enterprises by PEST method,and draws a conclusion that the automobile logistics industry in China will enter the stage of micro-growth along with the downward trend of automobile production.At the same time,the continuous entry of competitors will aggravate the competitive situation in the industry.The cost pressure and business innovation pressure of automobile manufacturing enterprises will increase continuously,which will be transferred to the fields of automobile logistics through internal transmission.Through resource analysis,we know that Fengshen Logistics has relatively single customers and a high degree of dependence on Dongfeng Nissan.In addition,there is insufficient room for improvement in strategic management,planning and budget management,technology management,human resources management and other functional control,business management and control.Through SWOT analysis,the strategy that enterprises can choose in the process of strategy formulation is studied,and the strategic program of S3+1 is planned for FSL Limited Company,and the direction of implementation in the next step is put forward.The company has formulated its strategic goal for the next five years,that is,to become a TOP3 enterprise in the field of automobile logistics in China.Finally,specific requirements are put forward for the implementation and control of the new strategy.
