With the development of the expressway industry in China from the slow down of the road network construction to the transformation of the road network operation,and the cancellation of the implementation of the provincial toll station project,the expressway informatization construction will enter a rapid development stage.Therefore,how to adjust the strategy of expressway operation company is an urgent problem to be solved.Taking Hubei Chutian Intelligent Transportation Co.,Ltd.as the research object,this thesis analyzes the development and current situation of Chutian.I used the macro environment analysis method to analyze the macro environment of Chutian company in terms of politics,economy,society and technology;I used the SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages of Chutian company in terms of capital,politics,market and technology,as well as the disadvantages in terms of organizational structure,management ability and qualification.Based on the SWOT matrix,this thesis analyzes four strategic choices of Chutian company: development strategy,defense strategy,evasion strategy and contraction strategy,and chooses the development strategy as the final strategy for the long-term development of Chutian company.This thesis summarizes and analyzes the possible bottlenecks in the implementation of the strategy: first,the company’s lack of motivation for the implementation of the development strategy;second,the existing organizational structure and the quality of management personnel;third,the company does not have the corresponding qualification to implement the high-speed km information construction.Based on the analysis of the bottleneck,this thesis puts forward some suggestions for the implementation of the development strategy: firstly,the company needs to develop a new "high-speed information construction" business field by means of acquisition,obtain the enterprise qualification and resources needed to enter the field,at the same time,it needs to reform its organizational structure,realize the decentralization of authority,and improve the vitality of independent operation in each business field;finally,it needs to Adjust the quality of management personnel,hire professional managers with relevant experience as management personnel in the new business field;finally,adjust the production and manufacturing direction of intelligent manufacturing business field to better provide matching products for the high-speed information construction business field. |
