| Under the policy background of striving to achieve the goals of "carbon peak" and"carbon neutrality",the prefabricated wood structure buildings with green environmental protection advantages have stood on the forefront of the green development of the construction industry.Due to the late start of research on the application of information technology such as BIM in prefabricated wood structure buildings,the industry as a whole still uses two-dimensional drawings as the main information carrier.In this mode,the delicate and complex structure of prefabricated wood structure buildings and the relative lack of industrial engineering experience lead to difficulties in the transmission and sharing of engineering information,which seriously hinders the further development of prefabricated wood structure buildings.The informatization of building components is the premise of implementing BIM technology.This paper takes information standardization as the core concept,and studies the design and development of the standardized BIM component library for prefabricated wood structure buildings based on the Revit software platform,The main research results are as follows:(1)The research proposes that information standardization is the key basic element for the application of BIM technology in prefabricated wood structure buildings.Through literature research and field study,it is concluded that in the process of prefabricated wood structure building from scheme design to construction landing,there are problems of poor transmission of engineering information caused by the delicate and complex building structure and the relative lack of industry engineering experience,which needs to be solved by introducing BIM technology.On this basis,this study combines the characteristics of BIM and its software carrier,and proposes that the key link in the application of BIM technology in prefabricated wood structure buildings is to establish a set of information standardization BIM component library.(2)The information standardization implementation strategy of BIM component library of prefabricated wood structure building was also proposed.By combing the relevant building information standards,combined with the case analysis results of the component library and the actual engineering needs,this paper proposes the implementation strategy of BIM component information standardization for prefabricated wood structure buildings from three aspects:component classification method,level of detail of building information model and coding system.(3)The design and development of the standardized BIM component library for prefabricated wood structure buildings were completed.Firstly,the parameterized design path of the components based on the model fineness level of detail standard and management authority of the component library in this paper.Then,the structural system,outer protection system,and interior system components are analyzed.On this basis,the design and development of the standardized BIM component library of each system is completed at the practical level according to the information standardization strategy proposed in this paper.(4)The application of the component library in this paper was verified based on the actual project.Based on a prefabricated wooden structure urban post project that the author personally participated in,this research verifies the practicability and reuse and expansion capability of this component library in engineering projects from the aspects of retrieval call in the early stage,design,construction,and application in operation and maintenance stages. |
