Building industrialization is the development trend of the construction industry,which is characterized by standardized design,industrialized production,mechanized construction and information management in the process of building production.The traditional method of prefabricated structure design,from integral calculation and analysis to component separation,leads to a wide variety of prefabricated components,which is not conducive to the production of prefabricated components factories and does not conform to the concept of building industrialization.Building Information Modeling(BIM).taking the whole life cycle of architecture as the main line,connects the Information of each link of architecture and brines revolutionary changes to the construction industry,So that apply BIM technology to prefabricated structure design and production,the advantages of BIM technology information integration can be brought into play,realize the integration of design,production,calculation and construction.This paper analyzes the characteristics of prefabricated structural design method and BIM technology at the present stage,applying BIM technology to the design and production of prefabricated structural,and come up with some ideas and thoughts which the design of oriented prefabricated components.Research and establish the prefabricated component library and management platform,calculate and checke the BIM structure model which established,Read and apply reinforcement information from construction drawings,and according to the characteristics of prefabricated structure design and construction,to come up with some development requirements of Revit.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Design and research of prefabricated structure which based on BIM at this stage,This paper analyzes the problems existing in the traditional method of prefabricated structural design,to Put forward a few methods and thought of prefabricated structure design,change the design method from integral analysis to component separation,let it becomes a design method oriented to prefabricated components.(2)Establish the prefabricated component library and management platform based on BIM,According to relevant specifications and technical regulations,study parametric modeling of column,beam and plate about fabricated frame structure in Revit,and study selection,classification and naming rules of prefabricated components.Develop the management platform of precast component library,realize the warehousing,query,modification,deletion and other operations of components.(3)In order to make the reinforcement information which in structural design to be used in BIM,and propose the reinforcement modeling solution based on BIM.Develop plug-in to extract reinforcement information from construction drawing,to generate reinforcement in batch in BIM structural model,so that form BIM model With reinforcement information,and the model is used for further design,construction and calculation of components,realize the positive design of structure BIM.(4)According to the characteristics of prefabricated structure construction,some plug-ins are developed for Revit to analyze and review the BIM model of prefabricated structure.Problems such as hoisting,transportation,mold release of prefabricated components are solved in the design stage in advance.
