| With the development of industrialization of buildings,prefabricated buildings have been attracted as a specific form of industrialization.On the basis of years of assembly-type development,in 2016 the State Council clearly proposed vigorously advancing the development of fabricated buildings.Prefabricated components are the basic components of prefabricated structures,and their development has continued to deepen with the advancement of fabricated structures.Prefabricated buildings are using components as carriers to promote the transformation of the construction industry from the goal of control to process control.With the development of prefabricated buildings,the number of components has been increasing,the types of components have been increasing,and the depth of component information has been continuously enhanced.A comprehensive component library has been created for users of design,production and construction to save,recall,and project information for components integration is imminent.Through this library,the integration of design,production and construction is promoted to reduce long-term fragmentation of all parties,the program is severely disconnected,and the lack of upstream and downstream information sharing and communication problems.Parametric models provide a new way of thinking for creating component libraries.Based on the analysis of the classification of prefabricated building components and the understanding of the design,production and construction process,this article studies the component library as the object,and studies the design and implementation technology of the component library of parametric components.The main research is as follows:1)Research on the design,production and construction of part of the market’s component library and components.Through the research on applicable objects,application scope,and information classification of the Revit software component library and BIM component library cloud component library on the market,the requirements for the normal operation of the component library are analyzed,and the component library is combined with the design,production,and construction user work flow.The analysis of the features and insufficiency,the completion of the component library functional requirements analysis,and the introduction of new ideas.2)Study the component library management process,and propose the functional architecture and management process.Analyze the design conditions of the component library and clarify the storage criteria.The mechanism of component storage is established,and several functions of component storage,component retrieval,component classification management,and project information management are proposed,and the information,such as component library,component entities and information,and project information are standardized and managed by functions.3)Complete parametric component creation and component classification coding.Through the study of component classification management system,information depth division method and component coding,it lays a foundation for the unification,normalization and integration of component libraries.The establishment of key technologies for component libraries is studied to create parametric components. |
