With the rapid development of economy,energy saving and emission reduction has become an important task facing our country.The traditional construction mode can not meet the requirements of sustainable and healthy development of construction industry because of its shortcomings such as large energy consumption and serious waste of resources.Therefore,the country has issued a series of industrial policies to encourage the development of prefabricated buildings.As a large steel producing country,prefabricated steel structure buildings have broad development prospects.The existing steel structure assembly buildings are usually carried out according to the method of installing the main structure first and then installing the enclosure system,which are often prominent problems such as mismatch between main structure and enclosure system,crack seepage at joint and so on.In this thesis,a new type of load-bearing insulation decoration integrated steel structure assembly housing system is proposed.The main principle is that the load-bearing frame and the enclosure part(inner wall,exterior wall and floor)are integrated into the factory and prefabricated,and installed on the spot to form a prefabricated steel structure building system which integrates the enclosure and the structural load-bearing frame.This system simplifies the main components of residential buildings into four components:exterior wall board,inner wall board,building(roof)panel and staircase board.These components are prefabricated in the factory.In order to improve the efficiency of production and installation,the standardization of design and construction is the only way.This thesis focuses on three levels of residential household type standardization,component standardization and connection node standardization.The research of household type standardized design is the basis of the research of residential system standardization.It can save the cost of design and reduce the waste of resources to a great extent.Based on the characteristics and construction characteristics of the integrated housing system,this thesis considers the principle of modulus coordination,the principle of less specification and more combination and the principle of combining architecture with structural design to form the standard component library and standard module library with the characteristics of the housing system.By analyzing the real estate transaction data of residential area section through market research,three standard sets of 90 m~2、120m~2、140m~2are designed as the three key research sets in this thesis.The research of component standardization and the realization of mass production of components are the needs of the development of building industrialization.Using Yingjianke structural design software to calculate the whole structure of the key research sleeve,the standard size of the main components used in the residential buildings below 33m and 33m~54m are determined,and the standard component size selection table is formed.On the basis of the key research,according to the principles of"first exterior wall,then inner wall","first double column,then single column",etc.,so that the components will be automatically removed by the standard apartment type in the later period,laiding the foundation of the development of separate computer software programming,which is conducive to the realization of residential building design and automation of component processing and production.The research of connection node standardization can improve the construction efficiency of assembly building site and is the embodiment of assembly technology level.This thesis formulates the standardized construction technology and construction method for the assembly and connection of wall panel,building panel and other components.This thesis points out some problems of construction assembly connection in practical engineering,and puts forward an optimization scheme for the construction of floor lap and column in wall splicing joints.A new type of inner casing bolt joint is proposed.The bearing capacity of the column joint is calculated by establishing six groups of 66 finite element models to simulate the monotone static loading at the end of the column.It is found that when the ratio of casing length to column section≥1.75,the casing column splicing joint can effectively transmit the bending moment,shear force and axial force at the column end.It is recommended that the minimum casing length of the inner casing column splicing joint in actual projects should be 1.75 times the square steel tube column edge Long size.
