Prefabricated building is a kind of building assembled by PC components on site.Prefabricated building is an important way to realize industrialization,standardization,environmental protection and sustainable development from manual production to industrial production.The development of prefabricated building is a major change in the construction mode and an important measure to promote the supply side structural reform.It is conducive to environmental protection,reducing construction waste,saving construction resources,improving labor productivity,and promoting the industrialization and information development of the construction industry.In recent years,our government actively promotes prefabricated buildings,but due to the short development time,the construction technology of prefabricated buildings is not high,the proportion and scale of prefabricated buildings are low,the advantages of project progress have not been fully reflected,and sometimes the construction period is not as good as the cast-in-place construction progress.This paper analyzes and studies the progress management of prefabricated building,finds out the factors that affect the progress of prefabricated building,puts forward improvement suggestions for key factors,and optimizes the management combined with BIM,RFID technology and smart site technology.The purpose is to improve the level of prefabricated construction schedule management,reduce the risk of construction period,and provide reference and inspiration for peers.First of all,the concept and characteristics of prefabricated building are explained,the development advantages of prefabricated building are analyzed,and the influencing factors and progress management methods of prefabricated building are analyzed.Secondly,the factors affecting the progress of prefabricated buildings are analyzed in detail.Through the analysis of the design,component production,transportation,hoisting and installation process of prefabricated building,combined with the in-depth interview and investigation of experts and engineering technicians engaged in prefabricated building,the key factors affecting the progress are found out,and a set of evaluation model for the influence of these factors on the progress of prefabricated building is established.Then,based on the analysis of the influencing factors of prefabricated building schedule,the paper puts forward the schedule optimization measures,such as EPC mode,BIM,RFID and smart site platform technology.Finally,the paper puts forward the comprehensive optimization measures to optimize the schedule of prefabricated building.Finally,the paper evaluates the schedule risk of Chengdu XX project by using the prefabricated construction schedule risk evaluation model,and judges that the schedule risk is at medium risk.Then,the BIM,RFID and smart site platform technology proposed in the paper are applied to ensure the smooth completion of the project on schedule.Practical cases verify the reliability of the schedule risk evaluation model,and the practical application of optimization measures ensures the project schedule,which proves the effectiveness and applicability of the research results in this paper.
