Study On The Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of Prefabricated Concrete Building In Power Grid Engineering Popularization

Prefabricated concrete buildings have significant technical advantages,compared with the current cast-in-place concrete buildings in improving the construction efficiency,shorten the construction period,ensure the quality of the project,reduce labor costs,energy conservation and environmental protection,reduce pollution and other aspects have significant advantages,is the direction of the development of construction industrialization。Europe and the United States and other developed countries of prefabricated construction accounted for more than 70%,our country starts relatively late,in recent years,under the strong support of national policy and promoting development is swift and violent,but accounted for the proportion of new buildings is still less than 10%at present,power grid construction is at the local pilot stage,even under the condition of the success of the pilot is not fully applied.This article,from the point of view of power grid construction industry management with prefabricated concrete building in the grid(uhv dc converter)engineering application as the research object,this paper introduces the prefabricated concrete structures at home and abroad,research and development situation,summarizes the superiority and the technical feasibility of prefabricated concrete construction,prefabricated concrete construction for the influence of factors,and the classification,and then,summarized the influence factors of influence from two aspects of market supply and demand are analyzed respectively,and the prefabricated concrete construction in power grid(uhv dc converter)promotion through analyzing the restriction factor,market prospects,Based on the analysis of field survey data,the countermeasures for the application of prefabricated concrete buildings in power grid(uhv converter station)engineering are put forward.
