Research On Influencing Factors And Quality Improvement Plan Of Prefabricated Building Construction Quality

With the increasingly obvious drawbacks of the traditional construction mode of the construction industry,the national policy has gradually raised the development of prefabricated buildings to a new historical level.The development of prefabricated buildings in China has encountered unprecedented historical opportunities.However,at present,due to the fact that the design,production and construction technology of prefabricated structural buildings are not mature enough in China,the construction quality is difficult to guarantee.This thesis attempts to improve the construction quality of prefabricated buildings by analyzing the quality problems and their influencing factors in the construction of prefabricated buildings,in order to provide reasonable suggestions for the healthy development of prefabricated structures in China.This thesis first analyzes the problems in the quality management process of each stage from the design,production,transportation and construction stages of the construction quality of the prefabricated building through literature analysis combined with engineering practice and project research.Secondly,combined with the "4M1E" theory of construction project quality management,using the method of causal analysis and historical literature analysis,15 factors affecting the quality of prefabricated building construction were initially screened.Thirdly,using questionnaires and mathematical statistics methods to add,adjust and summarize the influencing factors affecting the quality of prefabricated building construction,and obtain a list of final factors affecting the construction quality of prefabricated buildings,and summarize the main factors in the final list.And verification,the three main factors that affect the quality of the construction of the building construction management system,management subjects and management methods.Finally,combined with the analysis results of the factor analysis,the method recommendations for the improvement of the quality of the fabricated structural buildings in China are pointed out in a targeted manner.Improve the quality management system related to prefabricated buildings by constructing a complete legal norm system,constructing a reasonable enterprise quality management system,and establishing a sound process quality control system.Through the questionnaire survey,the most important work contents of each construction subject in the process of quality control are analyzed,which helps the construction entities to grasp the management focus in their respective work,achieve targeted construction quality control,and propose to change the quality of management subjects.Management ideas and suggestions for improving quality of information exchange between construction entities.Suggestions for improving the quality management of prefabricated buildings,including process acceptance based on intelligent mobile terminals,quality information sharing based on BIM technology,and continuous improvement of process quality based on QC activities,are proposed.
