Research On The Influencing Factors Of The Development Of Prefabricated Buildings In Nanning

With the increasing drawbacks of traditional building methods,the state has increasingly implemented the assembly-building policy.Many cities in China have responded to this call and actively promoted the development of fabricated buildings.In some industrialized countries such as the United States and Japan,the proportion of prefabricated buildings is high,the technical system is mature,the standardization of parts is high,and the industrial chain is perfect.Compared with these countries,China's construction methods are mainly cast-in-place construction,and construction efficiency is not high.In order to save resources,protect the environment,accelerate the reform of the supply side structure of the construction industry,and improve the level of construction,prefabricated buildings have become a way to reform the construction model of China.As one of the capital cities of Guangxi and a pilot city for prefabricated buildings,Nanning City will play an important role in the demonstration and development of the prefabricated buildings.This paper aims to analyze the influencing factors of the development of prefabricated buildings in Nanning,and propose corresponding development strategies to provide useful reference and reference for the development and promotion of fabricated buildings in Nanning.This paper first briefly expounds the concept of fabricated architecture,and explains the factor analysis theory and system element relationship analysis theory that will be used in this paper.Then comprehensively analyze and comment on a large number of domestic and foreign research results,and initially identify the influencing factors of the development ofprefabricated buildings in Nanning,and then combine the development status of Nanning,and communicate with experts and managers of relevant industries to correct the influencing factors and compare them.Comprehensive and reasonable preliminary influencing factors.Secondly,the original data was obtained by questionnaire survey,and the factor analysis was carried out by using SPSS software.The identified initial influencing factors were reduced in dimension,aggregated into five main factors,and the factors of the top 50% of each main factor contribution value were extracted.A total of 14 key influencing factors were extracted from the key influencing factors.Then,the feasibility of using the two structural model integration methods of DEMATEL and ISM to study the relationship between the key influencing factors of the development of fabricated buildings in Nanning was constructed.The hierarchical structure model of the relationship between DEMATEL and ISM affecting the key influencing factors of the development of prefabricated buildings in Nanning,in order to find out the key influencing factors of the development of prefabricated buildings in Nanning and the impact levels among the key influencing factors based on this.Finally,the paper analyzes the action level of the multi-level hierarchical structure model of key factors affecting the development of prefabricated buildings in Nanning,and names the influencing factors of each level,and draws the corresponding development strategy of Nanning.
