| At present,countries pushed every field digital transformation and upgrading,based on the company Z as the research object,summarizes the current situation of its digital transformation.At present,the country is promoting the digital transformation and upgrading in various fields.This paper takes Company Z as the research object and summarizes the current situation of its digital transformation,it points out that Company Z has insufficient external cooperation with the outside world and lacks effective use of data.At the same time,through the analysis of its digital transformation needs,it is found that company Z expects to reduce costs and increase efficiency,capture new market opportunities and try new business models by accelerating digital transformation.In order to avoid blindness of digital transformation,this paper proposes to carry out a digitalization maturity study for Company Z.Firstly,through literature review and selfunderstanding,the digital transformation development process is divided into five stages,namely initial,development,integration,optimization and leading.Secondly,the key factors that affect the digital transformation of Company Z are identified by interview method,and the model for evaluating the digitalization maturity of Company Z is formed by analytic hierarchy process and decision laboratory analysis method.Then use the questionnaire method to score and evaluate the digital development status quo of Company Z from three dimensions: organizational management readiness,digital capability strength and digital application degree of supply chain management.The score leads to a conclusion that Company Z is in the second level of digital maturity stage.Finally,the evaluation results are analyzed and six suggestions for optimizing transformation are put forward.It also hopes that this study can provide reference for the digital transformation and development of other bulk material trading enterprises. |
